A part of the service we provide our medical and dental clients is local support.  You can telephone or email your assigned team in Raleigh, Cary, Durham and Chapel Hill, (consultant and analyst) and receive help the same day.  You are not calling an 800 number where the representative is in another state or country, and does not have knowledge about your firm.  This practice management team processes your accounting every month, they work with you each year on your dental and medical business and personal taxes; and both team members are aware of the issues you are facing daily.  Whether it is a question regarding an employee issue, an accounting question, a financial or tax issue, your consultant/analyst team is ready to help you find the answers you need.

You will be provided a telephone number, and email address, so you can contact your Raleigh, Cary, Durham and Chapel Hill team when needed.  Our clients value this resource as an integral part of the PMHCC service package.  Knowing who to call and having assurance that questions will be answered timely and accurately gives our clients confidence and peace of mind.
