    Gregory D Sasser is the president, partner and senior consultant with Professional Management Healthcare Consultants. As a seasoned Certified Healthcare Business Consultant, with over 39 years of senior-level healthcare consulting experience, he provides superior guidance to new and established healthcare practices. Greg offers insightful analysis to assist in effectively operating a business, while also exploring tax savings strategies for business owners.


    Greg attended Appalachian State University, and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completing his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in 1984.     Frank D. Nixon is a partner and senior consultant with Professional Management Healthcare Consultants. Frank utilizes his extensive practice management consulting background of over 38 years to guide medical and dental professionals with innovative advice regarding practice profitability and addressing short and long term goals. His prior corporate marketing experience has been an added benefit to his dental and medical clients as they meet the demands of the industry.  Frank is able to blend his specialized knowledge of the healthcare industry with current trends in taxation to provide expert advice for his clients in Raleigh, Cary, Durham and Chapel Hill.


    An honor graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Frank received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1984. He is a member of the National Society of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants, and is affiliated with the College for Financial Planning.


    Frank, a father of twin daughters, is very active with church activities and leadership, and loves to follow all sporting events of the UNC Tar Heels.

    Julianna Sandlin is a partner and consultant with Professional Management Healthcare Consultants. Julianna’s past experience working in a mid-size dental practice gives her a unique perspective of the day to day practice operations of her clients. Her training in accounting and financial analysis and 17 years of experience in accounting and as a tax preparer, proficient in corporate, partnership and personal returns, allows her to provide sound tax and financial advice to both medical and dental clients. She utilizes her analytical, interpersonal and communication skills to effectively counsel with and provide expert guidance to doctors and dentists. Julianna continues to study new trends in healthcare management and consulting through on-line classes and webinars.


    Julianna graduated from North Carolina State University in 2008; she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting with Financial Analysis Concentration. Julianna enjoys traveling and seeing new places, and spending time with extended family, husband and her daughter. She looks forward to working with both existing and new clients in Triangle and Wilmington area.

    Jason Sasser is a partner and consultant with Professional Management Healthcare Consultants. Jason shares his understanding of management and leadership with his medical and dental clients. With 17 years of experience in personal and corporate tax preparation, Jason’s dedication and expertise provides PMHCC clients with solid accounting advice. His education and experience enable him to blend his specialized knowledge of the healthcare industry with current trends in taxation.     Jason graduated from the Cameron School of Business at the University of North Carolina in Wilmington in 2008. Jason completed his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management and Leadership; he was listed on the Dean’s List numerous times during his college career.


    Jason is an avid Carolina Panthers and Carolina Tar Heels fan. He enjoys going to sporting events as much as he can. He also likes going to the beach and lake with his family and dog Maci. He enjoys traveling with family and friends and playing golf.

    Dan Aycock is a partner and consultant with Professional Management Healthcare Consultants. Dan graduated from Catawba College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He continued his education at East Carolina University where he earned a Masters in Business Administration. After graduation, he pursued a career in management with a large independent insurance agency in North Carolina. He joined Carolina Professional Consultants in January 2009 before merging with PMHCC in 2025. He has experience in helping clients with practice consultation, tax preparation and filing, compliance issues and the startup of a new practice. He is also an enrolled agent with the Internal Revenue and can deal with the IRS on behalf of his clients. With his background in insurance, Dan can also be of help in reviewing various insurance types, especially property and casualty lines. 


    Dan currently resides in New Bern, NC with his wife, Kate, daughter, Emory, sons, Trey and Caison and yellow lab, Molly. Dan is an avid golfer and played four years of collegiate golf at Catawba College earning all-conference two of the four years. Dan also enjoys offshore fishing with his family and friends during his free time.

Marie Dixon - Office Manager

Marie is the Office Manager for Professional Management Healthcare Consultants. She is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company. She also works closely with our IT specialists, dealing with the company’s hardware and software technology and assists clients with accounting software questions. Marie has worked in accounting for over 30 years, and earned an Associate Degree in Accounting from Wake Technical Community College, in Raleigh. She and her husband live in Raleigh, and have one daughter. Marie enjoys the beach and spending time with her family.

Allison Gallegos - Admin & Marketing Specialist

Allison was born and raised in Madison, Connecticut but relocated to the Raleigh area in March 2020. She graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Allison joined PMHCC in 2020 and has experience in various departments including admin, marketing and accounting.   In her free time, Allison loves spending time with her family, playing soccer and exploring local cafes and farmers markets.

TAX DEPARTMENT

Yeltsin Santana, EA - Senior Tax Accountant

Yeltsin is employed in the Tax Department as a Tax Accountant. He came to the United States when he was eight years old from the Dominican Republic. He attended the University of William Paterson in New Jersey and graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting. He is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS. He is married with two daughters and loves spending time with his family and enjoys watching his favorite sports, baseball and basketball.

Dallton Woolard - Tax Accountant

Dalton was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. He attended Campbell University and graduated in 2021 with his Bachelor’s in accounting. After working at various CPA firms in college, Dallton developed a love for helping people with tax preparation. Here at PMHCC, he works as a tax accountant preparing tax returns for our clients. During his free time he loves to read, watch movies and sports, spend time with his friends and family, and take trips to the Appalachian Mountains and NC coast. 

Jonathan Babb, CPA - Senior Tax Accountant

Jonathan joined PMHCC in October 2023. He has lived in Raleigh for his entire life. He attended NC State University where he played J.V. Basketball and graduated in 2020 with a master’s in accounting. He passed his CPA exam in 2021 while working for a public accounting firm. He made the switch to PMHCC due to the familial community and kind faces that make each day of work a joy. His hobbies include basketball, competitive gaming, hiking, chess, & anything animal related.

Allison Berrian - Accountant

Allison graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2009 with a concentration in Accounting and IT. She began her career working for a small firm in high school where she discovered her draw to small business accounting. Throughout the years she has gained experience in payroll, tax and accounting within many small business industries. A native of North Carolina, Allison is married with one daughter. Outside of work she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.

Aimee Thompson - Accountant

Aimee was born and raised in New Jersey and graduated from Rider University in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She and her husband relocated to Raleigh in 1995 right after they were married. She is a senior staff accountant with over 20 years’ experience. She had worked at 2 CPA firms before joining Professional Management back in April 2010. When Aimee is not at work she enjoys hiking the Blue Ridge Mountains, spending time at North Topsail beach and researching her family tree.

Leanne Brame - Accountant

Leanne graduated from East Carolina University in 2001 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration where she was also a 4 year soccer scholarship recipient. She worked for a CPA firm for 7 years before joining PMHCC in 2015. Leanne provides monthly accounting services for our clients. A native of Raleigh, Leanne is married and has a son and a daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and taking trips to the NC and SC coasts.

Andrea Johnson - Accountant

 Andrea Johnson began her accounting career as an apprentice in a CPA firm while still in high school. During her many years in accounting since then, she has worked in various CPA firms providing payroll, accounting, and tax services to her clients. Andrea joined PMHCC in April 2014 and enjoys servicing our client’s needs and searching for the most efficient ways to help them. 

Amberlie Wilson - Accountant

Originally from West Virginia, Amberlie earned her Bachelor’s in Accounting from Concord University in 2024 before relocating to Raleigh, NC, a city she had always wanted to move to post-grad. Outside of work, she enjoys playing pickleball, staying active on the Greenways, taking on DIY projects, thrifting, and traveling whenever she can.

Loretta Beard - Accountant

Loretta has 34 years of experience providing monthly accounting services for her clients.  She resides in La Grange, NC and is married with one son and one daughter.  In her free time, she loves to read, cook and spend time with family and friends.

Kaye Morris - Accountant

Kaye began her accounting career with Carolina Professional Consultants in Kinston, NC, working part-time while a senior in high school.  After earning an Associate Degree in Accounting from Lenoir Community College, she returned to work full time with CPC in October 1975.  With the merger, she joined PMHCC in July 2025.  When not at work, Kaye enjoys spending time with family and friends at the beach.

PAYROLL DEPARTMENT

Tisha Newkirk - Payroll Specialist

Tisha Newkirk became a part of our payroll team in 2017. She was born and raised in Raleigh, NC. She attended Wake Tech Community College for nursing but after working 13 years for the local government she discovered her love for accounting and payroll. When not at work, she enjoys reading, going to movies, and spending time with her daughter.

April Williams - Payroll Specialist

April joined our Payroll Team in March of 2020 as a Payroll Specialist. She was raised in Goldsboro and moved to Raleigh where she attended ECPI Institute in 1994. She has a background in the Copier Industry on the Operations side. She transitioned to Payroll/Accounting in 2012. She has years of experience in payroll processing and new client onboarding. She is married and has one daughter. In her free time, she enjoys boating and hiking on the numerous trails at Falls Lake with family and friends.

Artina Becerra - Payroll Specialist

Artina joined our payroll team in July of 2020. She has twenty years of experience in the accounting and payroll field where she worked with North Carolina charter schools before moving to the staffing industry where she focused on the Employer of Record market. Artina enjoys working hard behind the scenes so her clients can rest easy. She lives in Wake Forest and enjoys camping, spending time at the beach, and watching football and Tar Heel basketball.
