Marie Dixon, Office Manager
Marie is the Office Manager for Professional Management Healthcare Consultants. She is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company. She also works closely with our IT specialists, dealing with the company’s hardware and software technology and assists clients with accounting software questions. Marie has worked in accounting for over 30 years, and earned an Associate Degree in Accounting from Wake Technical Community College, in Raleigh. She and her husband live in Raleigh, and have one daughter. Marie enjoys the beach and spending time with her family.
Mary Ann Grinnan, Tax Manager
Mary Ann is the tax manager for Professional Management Healthcare Consultants. She attended the University of Florida and graduated with a degree in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She obtained her CPA soon thereafter. She is a member of the North Carolina Association of CPA’s and American Society of CPA’s. Mary Ann has over 20 years in public accounting. She has two grown children.
Janay Edwards, Administrative Assistant
Janay is our Administrative Assistant. She was born and raised in Raleigh, NC. And received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Meredith College. She joined PMHCC in 2017. As the Administrative Assistant Janay provides aid to the entire company. Janay has one son and when not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and writing books, and traveling.

Amy Ellis, Tax Analyst
Amy is employed in the Tax Department as an accountant. Amy attended the University of North Carolina and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. An experienced accountant, she assists dental and medical practices with corporate and individual tax issues. Amy is married and lives in Raleigh. Originally from Wilmington, NC, she enjoys trips to the beach to relax and visit with family and friends. Amy enjoys competing in a recreational tennis league and watching just about any sport that keeps score (especially the Tar Heels). Her favorite activity is chasing after her 2 year old daughter.
Sharon Brantley, Tax Analyst
Sharon is a senior tax analyst in our Tax Department. She studied Accounting and Business Management at Florida Community College in Jacksonville, Florida. She has over 20 years of experience with tax and general accounting in both public and private sectors. In her free time, Sharon enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren and loves to travel.

Chris Raybon, Account Analyst
Chris has worked in accounting for over 40 years, with her first position in the accounting field starting in 1974. She accepted a position with Professional Management in 1979. Chris has enjoyed the working relationships built with her clients throughout the years, as well as being involved in the preparation of their monthly accounting. One directive instilled in Chris at a very early age was “Always work hard and give your best.”
Milla Albers, Account Analyst
Milla received her Master’s of Science degree in Finance at the Odessa National Marine University in Ukraine. After moving to the US, she attended Vance-Granville Community College, receiving her Associate Degree in Accounting. She worked in governmental and public accounting before joining PMHCC as a staff Accountant in 2010. As a senior accountant, Milla provides accounting services, on site and telephone support to our clients. Milla is married, and has one daughter and a granddaughter. She loves to garden in her yard and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Aimee Thompson, Account Analyst
Aimee was born and raised in New Jersey and graduated from Rider University in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She and her husband relocated to Raleigh in 1995 right after they were married. She is a senior staff accountant with over 20 years’ experience. She had worked at 2 CPA firms before joining Professional Management back in April 2010. Aimee and her husband have two sons, Ben who attends high school and their older son Jacob who is enlisted in the U.S. Army. When Aimee is not at work she enjoys hiking the Blue Ridge Mountains, spending time at North Topsail beach and researching her family tree.
Leanne Brame, Account Analyst
Leanne graduated from East Carolina University in 2001 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration where she was also a 4 year soccer scholarship recipient. She worked for a CPA firm for 7 years before joining PMHCC in 2015. Leanne provides monthly accounting services for our clients. A native of Raleigh, Leanne is married and has a son and a daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and taking trips to the NC and SC coasts.
Abigail Noyola, Account Analyst
In 2015, Abigail received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accountancy from The University of North Carolina Wilmington. She is a native of Mexico but grew up in the Myrtle Beach area, starting her career one semester before graduation in the Wilmington area with a CPA firm. Abigail likes learning new things and sees accounting challenges as an opportunity to learn. She is the younger sibling of two older brothers and enjoys spending time with her niece. Abigail loves cats and volunteers at adoption centers for cats. She also enjoys cooking and learning about different cultures.
Allison Berrian, Account Analyst
Allison graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2009 with a concentration in Accounting and IT. She began her career working for a small firm in high school where she discovered her draw to small business accounting. Throughout the years she has gained experience in payroll, tax and accounting within many small business industries. A native of North Carolina, Allison is married with one daughter. Outside of work she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.

Andrea Johnson, Payroll Coordinator
Andrea Johnson began her accounting career as an apprentice in a CPA firm while still in high school. During her many years in accounting since then, she has worked in various CPA firms providing payroll, accounting, and tax services to her clients. Andrea joined PMHCC in April 2014 and enjoys servicing our client’s needs and searching for the most efficient ways to help them. Andrea is married with a daughter and son. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, watching sports, and taking trips in her camper.

Adrian Wright, Payroll Specialist
Adrian, named after her father’s love for “Rocky,” grew up in a small hometown. She first found her niche in business as a teenager working for Long Beverage Inc. during the summers. After finishing school, she worked her way up for Capital Bank from teller to Personal Banker and Head Teller. Through her career at a small accounting firm, she then found her passion for payroll processing and joined the PMHCC payroll department. Her parents instilled the importance of work ethics in her from a young age and she strives to deliver the best customer service to her clients. Outside of working, she is married with three children and enjoys making abstract fluid paintings.
